Home and Garden Party stands 100% behind their products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, return the product to Vicki Aiken within 30 days upon receiving for replacement or full refund less the cost for shipping and handling. If a product is broken or defective, contact Vicki Aiken within 30 days upon receiving for a replacement or exchange.

Pottery (stoneware) is guaranteed against defects for one year. If found to be defective within 30 days of receiving, contact Vicki Aiken for replacement. You will receive a warranty with each piece. After the 30 days, send a piece of pottery to Home and Garden Party for replacement. Include a copy of your original receipt, warranty card and $6.95 for shipping and handling. Warranty does not cover abuse or using for a purpose not intended. The warranty does not cover cracking or breakage due to extreme temperature changes (freezer to oven, oven to freezer etc). Please allow to reach room temperature to prevent stress cracks or breakage.

We are able to ship in the US only at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will accept as payment from the following: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of credit card authorization or PayPal transfer. You will receive your order within 2 weeks from the date ordered. Please allow 21 days before contacting Vicki Aiken.

Vicki Aiken and/or Home and Garden Party will not be held responsible for injuries or accidents; physical or mental, to any person or persons resulting from the use or misuse of any product. Vicki Aiken and/or Home and Garden Party will not be held responsible for any mental or physical injuries and/or illnesses resulting from being a Home and Garden Party Designer, Hostess, or anyone in attendance at a party. Vicki Aiken and/or Home and Garden Party will not be held responsible for any mental or physical injuries or illnesses resulting from a demonstration of product(s) for any reason which may involve food or scents. Vicki Aiken and/or Home and Garden Party will not be held responsible for any mental or physical injuries resulting from a display or demonstration of products anywhere where a display of product(s) may be present. This includes but not limited to craft shows, flea markets, fundraising displays, parties, open houses, displayed publicly or private.

Vicki Aiken and/or Home and Garden party will not be held responsible for misuse or loss of money from any Customer, Hostess, or Designer. We will not be held responsible from misuse or loss of funds resulting from a Fundraiser, Charity Drive, or Benefit.

All Home and Garden Party Designers are independent and responsible for collecting money and submitting orders in a proper, timely, professional order. If for any reason a problem arises with a Designer other than myself , please contact Home and Garden Party directly. If necessary, proper legal action may be taken.
